29 Year old Female, from Watervliet

Not believed to be life threatening

Believed to be a factor 

NARRATIVE: 

Sheriff Daniel E. Abbott reports that on January 6, 2019 at approximately 2:16 am, Deputies from the Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to the 27000 Block of 60th Ave, for a report of an injured woman knocking on a door.  Upon arrival Deputies determined that the subject had been in a severe crash and her vehicle was located a short distance away with significant damage.  The vehicle had crashed into a wooded area, striking several trees.  The vehicle was completely disabled with airbag deployments.  The driver was able to walk to a neighboring house, where police and ambulance were called to assist.  The driver was transported to the hospital for Medical Treatment.  The crash remains under investigation.
