 14662 45th, Street, Twp. of Bloomingdale, Van Buren County MI

Suspect:

Amber Marie Roberts W/F 42 years of age Battle Creek Mi.

James Robert Eakins W/M 40 years of age Battle Creek Mi.

Brandon Trae Robertson B/M 32 years of age Battle Creek Mi. 

Charges:

Amber Marie Roberts, James Robert Eakins, and Brandon Trae Robertson were

all charged with: 2 counts Armed Robbery,1 count Homicide Open Murder, 2 counts Felony Firearm.  

Narrative:

Sheriff Daniel E. Abbott reports that Amber Marie Roberts, James Robert Eakins, and Brandon Trae Robertson all from the Battle Creek area have been charged and arrested for the August 21rst, 2014 Bloomingdale Township Homicide of 56-year-old, Scott Michael Taylor Sr.  All three subjects were arraigned in South Haven District court on the above listed charges and are currently being held in the Van Buren County Jail without Bond.
